Refund Policy

Yiolet Couture does not offer refunds to the original payment method. Approved refunds will be issued in the form of a Gift Card or Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Sale & Promotional Orders

• Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return.
• Size exchange is available for sale items, subject to stock availability.
• Gift cards and promotional coupons may be used during sale periods.
• Exchange charges may apply to products purchased during sale events.

Size Exchange Policy

Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for an exchange:

• The product must be unused and unwashed.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• The item must not have stains, damage, or signs of wear.

Eligible Reasons for Exchange

• Wrong size ordered.
• Wrong product received.
• Manufacturing defect.
• Damaged item received.

Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products cannot be exchanged:

• Accessories.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Products marked as non-returnable.

Exchange Charges

• A nominal reverse shipping fee may apply for exchanges.
• A second exchange request for the same order may incur additional charges.
• Exchange availability depends on stock.

Exchange Process

1. Submit your exchange request through our website.
2. Once approved, our courier partner will arrange pickup where available.
3. If pickup is unavailable, customers may self-ship the product to our warehouse.
4. After quality verification, the replacement product will be dispatched.

The exchange process may take approximately 10–15 working days.

Return Policy

Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Returned products must:

• Be unused and unwashed.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale products.
• Accessories.
• Customized products.
• Gift card purchases.

Return Charges

A reverse shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount or store credit.

Refund Method

Approved returns will be refunded as Gift Card or Store Credit after successful quality inspection.

Gift Card Terms

• Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Orders placed using Gift Cards may not be eligible for further returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and processed.

Failed Pickup Policy

If our courier partner is unable to complete the pickup due to service limitations or unforeseen circumstances, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse. The return address will be shared once the request has been approved.

Quality Check

All returned and exchanged products undergo a quality inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. Yiolet Couture reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
