Once an order's status changes to "Packed," the address is locked and can no longer be changed by you or us; the order will be delivered to the address on file at that time. If you have any doubts about your order's address, please reach out to us at info@yioletcouture.com as soon as possible, before packing begins.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.

A return can only be requested after an order has been delivered — returns cannot be initiated for orders that are still Pending, Confirmed, Packed, or Shipped, since the item has not yet reached you.
